What is a Customer Code? A customer code is the 3 4 letter abbreviation that IDX uses to refer to your organization. If you do not know this piece of information, you can contact your IDX Contact to find out what it is. What happens when I submit the application? When you submit your Customer Web application, IDX validates you as an IDX customer. Once the verification process is complete, your account is created and you will receive an email with your username and password. This process usually takes one (1) business week.
